- Come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- A recent and clear photograph must be provided.
- A short essay on academic goals, career aspirations, and community impact.
- Letters of recommendation from teachers or community leaders.
- Official medical report attested in the country of origin.
- Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to giving back to their communities.
- Have completed high school with a minimum of 2 A-Level passes (or equivalent) at grade B or above.
